Understand your weight from the inside out, alongside people who get it.

An 8-week live program where a triple board-certified physician explains what your body is actually doing, in a small group of people who have lived the same struggle.

You've tried everything. That's exactly the point.

Weight Watchers, twice. Keto. Intermittent fasting. A detox that lasted ten days. Three months of Noom. Six weeks with a trainer.

Each time you lost some weight. Each time you felt hopeful. Each time it came back.

Fifteen years of that cycle teaches you something, and what most people learn is the wrong lesson. You start to think the problem is you.

Then you sit through a physical where your blood sugar sits at the edge of normal and your cholesterol runs a little high, and your doctor says let's keep an eye on it, and nobody explains what any of it means.

You leave with a quiet question you rarely say out loud: maybe something is actually wrong with me.

Something is happening inside your body. It has a name, a biology, and a growing set of treatments. Nobody has walked you through it.

That's what these eight weeks do.

Society treats obesity as an outside problem.
Inside Out flips the lens.

Appearance. Willpower. Personal failure.

That's the story you've absorbed from every magazine cover, every well-meaning comment, every program that put the responsibility back on you when it stopped working.

Inside Out starts where you already are, with that external experience, and then systematically takes you inward. Into adipose tissue and what it actually does as an endocrine organ. Into leptin, ghrelin, insulin, and the GLP-1 your body already makes. Into inflammation, cortisol, and the nervous system responses that shape appetite in ways no amount of discipline overrides.

From that foundation you look at lifestyle strategy with fresh eyes, have an honest conversation about medications, and learn how to talk to your own provider as an equal

The shift from cosmetic problem to metabolic condition changes what you do next. It changes what you ask for. It changes what you believe about yourself.

With the Live Inside Out Cohort you will...

  • Biology

Understand what your body is doing and why.

You’ll be able to explain your own biology in plain language, including why your body defends weight so aggressively after you lose it.

  • Your numbers

    Read your own lab results.

Blood sugar, lipids, A1C, insulin. You’ll know what the numbers mean, which ones matter for you, and which direction they’re trending.

  • Medication

Know where you stand on medication.

You’ll understand how GLP-1 receptor agonists work, who benefits, what the muscle loss and regain data actually show, and whether exploring one makes sense in your situation. You’ll get a real answer whether you take one, are considering one, or would rather not.

  • Appointments

Walk into any appointment as a partner, not a patient bracing for judgment.

You’ll have the language to ask for labs, referrals, and options, and to redirect when the conversation stalls at eat less and move more.

  • What you carry

Put down the self-blame you’ve been carrying.

Not because someone tells you to. Because you describe it in a room of people who recognize it, and nobody flinches.

  • Daily life

Have a plan built from small, doable steps.

One that fits the life you actually live, across nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and connection.

Stop doing this alone.

Are you ready to spent eight weeks with people who understand this
without needing it explained?

The curriculum teaches you.
The room changes you.

You are not short on information. You have read the articles, listened to the podcasts, tried the apps. Information was never the missing piece.

What you have never had is the experience of learning the biology in real time, alongside eleven other people receiving the same reframe, with a physician in the room for every session.

Shame doesn't lift because someone tells you to stop feeling it. It lifts when you say it out loud in front of other people and the room holds steady. That happens in a live group. It cannot happen in a video course, a book, or an app.

And when a triple board-certified physician tells you your biology isn't broken, that lands differently than reading it. A name, a license, a reputation, and sustained presence across eight weeks give you permission to believe what you're hearing is medically real.

Twelve seats.
Twelve is small enough that you'll be known.

Learn from a physician who has spent her career on exactly this.

Meet Dr. Cora Spaulding

I have spent my career explaining obesity to people who were told for years that it was their fault.

I am board-certified in Family Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. I trained at Duke, UNC Chapel Hill, Stanford, and the Andrew Weil Center in Arizona. I spent five years on academic faculty and completed two research fellowships in clinical epidemiology. I tell you this not to impress you, but because you have been given so much conflicting advice that you deserve to know where mine comes from.

Here is what my training actually taught me: obesity is a chronic metabolic condition. Your body defends its weight through hormones and biology that operate well below the level of willpower. When a diet stops working, that is not a character flaw showing up. That is physiology doing exactly what it evolved to do.

I see the other side of the exam table too. Most physicians received almost no training in obesity medicine, and the system gives us fifteen minutes for a condition that needs eight weeks. I built Inside Out because the explanation that changes everything does not fit in fifteen minutes.

So I am giving you the eight weeks.

Who it's for

This cohort fits you if

  • You’re 30 or older and your weight has been a concern for years, not months.
  • You’ve tried multiple programs and you’re tired of conflicting advice from every direction.
  • You’re taking a GLP-1, thinking about one, or have decided against one, and you want the full picture either way.
  • You want to understand your own labs instead of nodding along.
  • You’re done blaming yourself and ready for an actual explanation.
  • You want to learn this alongside people who don’t need it explained.
Who it isn't

This isn’t the right fit if

  • You want a meal plan, a macro target, or a number to hit.
  • You want someone to hand you a protocol rather than an understanding.
  • You can’t commit to being live for most of the eight sessions, since the group is the point.

This cohort is general health education from Shared Clarity Consulting. It is not medical advice, not a recommendation for any specific person, and not a substitute for care from your own clinician. Cora Spaulding, MD, MPH is a licensed physician, but in this cohort she is not acting as your physician, and reading it does not make you her patient or create a physician-patient relationship of any kind. If you have a medical concern, bring it to the clinician who cares for you. If you think you may be having an emergency, contact emergency services

Your Questions Answered

  • No. The program serves you whether you take one, are considering one, or have decided it isn’t for you. Week 7 gives you the evidence either way so you can make an informed choice with your own provider.

  • No. Inside Out is education. You’ll leave understanding the biology of your body, what your labs mean, which options exist, and how to advocate for yourself. What you choose to do with that understanding is yours to decide with your own care team.

  • Every teaching portion is recorded and posted within 24 hours, along with a written summary. That said, the live group is where most of the change happens, so come live when you can.

  • You participate at whatever level feels right. Nobody is put on the spot, and nobody is weighed. Many people find that speaking up gets easier around week three, once the room has proven itself.

  • Neither. It’s physician-led education. Dr. Spaulding is not acting as your personal physician and the program doesn’t replace your own medical care.

You've carried this alone for a long time.

Eight weeks from now you could understand your own biology, read your own labs, know where you stand on medication, and walk into your next appointment ready to ask for what you need.

You could also have spent those eight weeks in a room where you never once had to explain or apologize for your body.

Twelve seats. Founding price. The next cohort pays more and learns from what this one shapes.
